Meet Len—the heart behind St. Andrews Heating & Cooling. Len’s HVAC journey began in the U.S. Navy, where he mastered boiler systems aboard aircraft carriers. After serving his country, he brought that same precision and commitment to civilian life, spending 16 years as a technician before launching St. Andrews Heating & Cooling (10 years ago Now) with his wife, Sarah—an HVAC pro in her own right with 11 years of industry experience at the time.

Driven by a love for family, community, and a couple of loyal pups, Len built the business on the values he learned in the military: discipline, integrity, and a passion for service. Those principles became the foundation of our S.H.I.E.L.D. Promise—and the reason so many homeowners trust St. Andrews for their comfort.

Sarah is the powerhouse behind the operations at St. Andrews Heating & Cooling. With 11 years of HVAC industry experience before co-founding the business with Len, Sarah brings unmatched organization, customer care, and strategic vision to everything we do.

She’s not just behind the scenes—Sarah is hands-on with our customer experience, B2B relationships, business development and the details that make our team feel more like family. Her blend of warmth and sharp business acumen is part of what sets St. Andrews apart.

A proud wife, community advocate, and animal lover, Sarah is passionate about building a company that truly serves. Together with Len, she helped shape the S.H.I.E.L.D. Promise as more than a motto—it’s a mission.

Meet Josh- As Operations Manager at St. Andrews Heating & Cooling, Josh keeps the wheels turning and the team running smoothly. With a sharp eye for logistics and a calm, can-do attitude, he ensures every job is scheduled, staffed, and executed with precision.

Known for being the guy who always has a solution, Josh is a trusted go-to for both customers and coworkers. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence help keep our service standards sky-high.

Outside of work, Josh is proudly embracing a new title—Dad! As a proud new father, he’s mastering the art of balancing diapers with dispatches—and doing it all with a smile.

Angel is the steady voice on the other end of the line—and your new favorite problem-solver. As a Marine Reservist, he brings discipline and grit to the job, but it’s his calm, reassuring presence that really sets him apart.

Whether he’s juggling calls or getting help on the way, Angel handles it all with patience, professionalism, and just the right amount of charm. He loves learning, thrives on challenges, and somehow keeps everything running smoother than a freshly tuned AC.

Off-duty, you’ll find him gaming, doting on his dog, or hanging out with his amazing wife. Angel’s not just great at keeping customers calm—he’s a vital part of what makes the St. Andrews team feel like family.

With over 30 years in the HVAC world, John is the guy you want when things get serious—or seriously cold. Whether it’s taming a stubborn oil boiler or installing a state-of-the-art heat pump, John gets the job done with expert hands and a quick-witted grin.

He leads our install team with the kind of know-how that only comes with decades of experience. From training apprentices to troubleshooting the trickiest systems, John brings unmatched craftsmanship and a healthy dose of humor to every job site.

But don’t let the work boots fool you—after hours, John swaps tools for tuxes, hitting the ballroom floor with his leading lady for competitive dance competitions. Graceful on the dance floor, precise in the mechanical room—John’s got moves in every setting.

Known around here simply as “J.D.,” Josh brings over a decade of HVAC experience and a heart for helping people. Whether he’s wrestling with a stubborn furnace or laying down new ductwork, J.D. shows up ready to solve problems—and always with a smile.

What he loves most? Knowing his work keeps homes comfortable and families safe. That sense of purpose drives every install he leads, and it’s why customers and coworkers alike trust him to get the job done right.

When he’s not in the field, J.D. is a devoted family man with three awesome kids, a loyal dog, and a surprising mix of hobbies—from jujitsu and agriculture to painting. You could say he’s as well-rounded as his ductwork.

Affectionately known as “The Ginger Billy,” Josh Leonard brings precision, dedication, and just the right amount of mischief to the St. Andrews team. With a strong background in rooftop units and central air systems, Ging is our go-to guy for everything from tricky repairs to perfecting our parts inventory.

A true technician at heart, Ging tackles every job with care and focus—whether he’s on a roof, under a unit, or double-checking every last screw in our stockroom. His attention to detail and steady professionalism make him a favorite among customers and coworkers alike.

Outside of work, Ging is full of surprises: he’s a horseback rider, snowmobiler, and avid gamer who enjoys downtime with his girlfriend and their dog. Equal parts laid-back and laser-focused, he’s one of a kind—and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Josiah may have started at St. Andrews Heating & Cooling as an HVAC Apprentice, but it didn’t take long for us to see he’s got a real knack for the trade. Friendly and easy to talk to, he makes customers feel comfortable on the phone—and he’s just as eager to roll up his sleeves and get hands-on in the field.

Josiah has a natural affinity for working with his hands, learning the ins and outs of HVAC systems, and finding that sweet spot where problem-solving meets craftsmanship. He brings curiosity, steady energy, and a willingness to jump in wherever the team needs him.

Outside of work, Josiah enjoys spending time with family and keeping active. He’s got a bright future in the trades, and we’re excited to watch his skills grow right here at St. Andrews.
